  • I try to have everyone’s laundry back to them within 24-48 hours depending on the size of the order.

  • I do not do any ironing- I just don’t have the time. I take every precaution to ensure that there are no wrinkled clothes returned to you. I can also use hangers that you provide upon pick up to hang up any clothes you would like hung. I will separate and cover these clothes with bags to them keep clean.

  • I use a variety of liquid and powder detergents, laundry boosters, and stain fighters. My current favorites are Tide, Pursil and my own recipe for laundry booster mix made with Washing Soda, Borax, Oxy Clean, & Active Enzyme Laundry Booster powders. I also have Tide Free & Gentle for sensitive/allergy prone clients. If you prefer to provide your own laundry detergent, I am happy to use yours as well-just leave it out with your order.

  • I use a splash of natural vinegar as a fabric softener in the rinse cycle. I do not use dryer sheets, but I do use wool dryer balls to help move the clothes around in the dryer and aid with static. I can use your provided softener or dryer sheets if preferred.

  • Yes-I wash my machine in between clients to ensure everyone’s laundry is as clean and hygienic as possible.

  • Once your order is ready, I will email or text you an invoice. I take CASH, Venmo, Zelle, Pay Pal, Apple Pay or Credit Card. Once paid, I will drop off your order.

  • You can reach me anytime via our contact page or email. I try to respond as quickly as possible—usually within one business day. I have also provided my phone number so we can chat more easily.
